Styled in the manner of an Italian Renaissance palazzo, the entrance of this "House of Artists" is lined with marble statues of Velasquez, Raphael, da Vinci, Titian, Michelangelo, and Rubens. Founded by the Vienna Artists Society in the 19th century, the gallery is currently used for art exhibitions featuring contemporary Austrian painters. It also houses a theater/cinema.
